Soft funky rhubarb smell. When sipping there’s quite some apricot, funk, soft hay, mineral funk, light grains, peach, soft rhubarb, light herbal. Just medium sour, very light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and light dry finish. Really good. 40 kg or fruit (Rhubarb and Apricots) for 100 liters of this spontaneous fermentation lambic.
