Aroma of lots of vinegar, sour cherry, wet wood, wet straw, cheese. Taste has very sour cherry, sourdough, very funky aspects of vinegar. Very tart, mouth-puckering finish, tannic, vinegary, alcoholic and very slightly bready. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
