Wild Adam, a unique blend of 50% apple cider and 50% Lambic, is the new brainchild of Andy De Brouwer (Best Maître d'Hôtel of Belgium 2019) and Manu De Cort, which they have been working on for 3 years. Wild scents of spontaneous fermentation, refreshing malic acidity and complexity from a second fermentation in the bottle. It has not been disgorged so it will continue to evolve. For a natural taste experience, it is best to turn the bottle upside down. Winner of Brussels Beer Challenge 2021.
