How it started
For years dreamed Ronald Mengerink, along with his wife Monique de Baat its own brewery.
In 2000 she decided to buy a "hovel" in Brittany, France together. For seven years we worked in leisure time, with limited resources to this 'home' until it was refurbished.
After a smooth sale of this property, we could see the house with the adjacent warehouse Pastor Hangover Street in Baarle Hertog in 2007, buying and with a makeshift brewing equipment, some bearing tanks and a small bottling line, start.
Brewery 'The Daughter of the Corn' an understanding among beer lovers
