Velvety stout, delicious coffee taste, vanilla, chocolate. Taste has sweet prune & fig, bit sourish. Earthy hoppy finish with more coffee roast, vanilla bean, fruity still before warming whisky-like alcohol kicks in. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
A new version of our Black Pope coffee stout. This time we chosed a coffee from Peru (El Palto), roasted by our local coffee roastery Crossroast in Antwerp. We added 24kg of freshly roasted beans and 1kg of Vanilla beans from Tahiti to this brew.
