Taste:
Aroma is earthy, lemony, good barn and lime. Taste is the same, good complexity, mild peaches and stone too, minerals. Smells of doughy malt and fruity esters, with notes of tart green apple, gooseberry ands apricot, as well as some hay and hints of cheesy funk and musty oak.

Spontaneous fermentation, refermented in the bottle, unfiltered and unpasteurised
Color:
Pours hazed orange amber with a large dissipating off-white head.
Ideal temperature:
6°C to 8°C => 43°F to 46°F
Ingredients:
Barley malt, yeast, hops and water.
