Triple-IPA style amber beer aged in Japanese Whiskey barrels and then properly re-hopped. An incredible combination of the audacity of hops (Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Summit) which give it citrus, exotic fruit and resin notes, the caramel malts used and these magnificent, more unique than rare casks that make the hints of fruit and flowers. A complexity that however does not compromise the drinkability. It closes dry and bitter.
