The taste of the beer is nice. The malts are sweet and the hops bitter. The alcohol gives nice sweetness too. There is a slight acidity in the beer too, probable yeast derived. The result is a very well balanced beer. Very nicely done. The mouthfeel of the beer is also nice. The beer has a full body, smooth texture and medium carbonation. The finish of the beer is nice. It has some nice warming alcohol in it, some of these nice winter spicy notes and also some nice bitter hops.
