Sweet nose of caramel, brown sugar, cocoa, ripe apple. Palate with a slightly watery texture with a fine sweet sparkle with aromas of caramel, cocoa powder, chocolate, biscuit, bread crust. Touches of dried fruit on the finish, with a certain bitterness, grilled cereals. Fairly long and dry end of the mouth with a comeback and an interesting freshness. Medium build, fine carbonation, slightly watery texture.
