Promising nose. Funky, stable, strong attack, oak, lots of carbon dioxide. But little sour, rather vinous, boozy, honey, sweet. Sweet aftertaste with Gewurztraminner grape.
Barrel-fermented beer with Woody Wood and 30% Gewurztraminer grape must. Blend with Cantillon lambic.
