Sukkeleir's story begins in an attic where 2 comrades were drinking away their sorrows.
One had just been dumped by his girlfriend, the other had just been turned down for his dream job.
They felt very miserable, but it could have been worse. The beer they were drinking tasted like nothing. They wanted a better beer, a purer beer, in short a divine beer!
A beer that adapts to any situation, no matter how "unpleasant" it may be. The gentlemen realized that it would not be an easy task.

Soon they bought the necessary material and started working with it. How they had underestimated this: the 1st beer was undrinkable, just like the 2nd and 3rd. The 4th was already better and the 5th was quite okay. The first year passed without the desired result, they realized that they were still far from their goal and that something had to be done.
They decided to take a 2-year beer brewing course. After these 2 years, they continued to work in good spirits. Time flew and another 4 years later the foundation of their beer was laid.
Another year later, their brew could finally be tested. Their hard work paid off, the reactions were unanimously positive. However, life does not stand still; as miserable as they were 8 years ago, so happy are they both now. Although they realized that happiness is not for everyone. They saw happy people become unhappy and unhappy people become happy. This because of the many vicissitudes of life: setbacks, successes, births, deaths, happiness, unexpected bad luck, in short: life.
The 2 gentlemen believe that wherever you are it is important to enjoy life, and they want to share this with the world.
And so the Sukkeleir was born: Captivated by life, enjoying every moment!

The moral of the story is that you should enjoy the little things, that setbacks are part of life and tomorrow is a new day.
