This Ardennes stout is a little delicacy to taste.The brewer combines an intense taste profile with a beautiful tasting flexibility. The use of roasted spelled malts and woody touches give it intense flavors of coffee, roasted with a hint of acidity.
The brewer worked on the full-bodied flavors of the malts, the aromas and the bitterness of the three hops to obtain a balanced product: a stout with strong and intense flavors and well balanced, without any heaviness.
