Meet 'Ichtegem's Grand Kriek' a unique Belgian beer that pays tribute to the rich tradition of spontage fermentation. After a controlled main fermentation, the beer is matured for 2 years in oak casks. Then follows a maceration on fresh Kelleris cherries for 9 months. This results in a perfect balance between the fruity cherries and the mild sourness of the spontage fermentation. Can be stored for 20 years.
