Aroma has barnyard notes, lemon and grapefruit zest, sour green apples, oak barrel, Belgian yeast, very balanced. Taste is sour, of course. Green apples at first then lemon zest punch, turning into oak and white wine qualities, Belgian yeast and spices in the end, barnyard notes come after warming a little. What a complex and beautiful beer. Fullish round body and fizzy carbonation. Amazing.
