Despite the use of honey, this is not a typical sweet beer, but rather fresh and fruity. You will recognize aromas of citrus, white stone fruit (such as peach), and passion fruit, combined with the subtle, floral notes of acacia honey. Finish: The finish is dry and full-bodied with a pleasant bitterness due to the dry-hopping (including Simcoe and Equinox). A soft taste lingers in the mouth reminiscent of honey, without becoming sticky.
