Maître Tripel matured for 6 months in bourbon whiskey barrels.
With the foundation of De Meester Brewery we want to revitalize the tradition of artisanal brewing.
Our beers are brewed exclusively according to the traditional brewing process, with the greatest care and exclusively with natural raw materials. For our beers, for example, we only use hop flowers from Poperinge and add neither color pigments, foam improvers, nor artificial seasonings.
The result of these traditional working methods are the beers of Brouwerij De Meester. Beers with character, interwoven with aromas from the different local hops.
