  • A complex taste experience in which the fruity, sweet base of the classic Rubbens Tripel blends with the warm influences of rum. You taste notes of ripe tropical fruit, vanilla, oak, and a subtle cane sugar sweetness, followed by a long, warming finish.

  • Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle.
  • Color:
  • A deep golden yellow to light copper color with a full, stable white head.
  • Ideal temperature:
  • 10°C to 12°C
  • Ingredients:
  • Water, grain from our own farm (barley balance), yeast, fine hops, and a spicy background (with notes of cardamom and coriander). This beer has matured for months in selected rum barrels.
