Nose is currants, white grapes, spice and vanilla, a vague hint of smoke even. Tart and fruity. Taste is somewhat acidic yet somehow sweetish, fruity, vineous and the redcurrant’s definitely there. The finish is dry and champagne-like with a vineous hint. Medium to full bodied with soft to average carbonation.
