Reflecting the country of origin, this unique distillate was distilled no fewer than three times; a typical Irish way of working. It is made from malted barley that is used as the basis for the St-Feuillien Triple, a top-fermented specialty beer. Six months of aging in American Bourbon barrels, which were also only used once, ensure purity, warmth, fruitiness and a delicious full-bodied.
Then diluted with spring water and brought back to 46°.
