Itense smell of citrus fruits, light stone fruits, yeast, hops and light sweet malt. Strong, recent taste. Full-bodied with strong notes of bright stone fruits and bready yeast, leading to a strong, herbal medium-long finish, accompanied by a light, pleasant tartness and acidity. This ale almost achieves the fullness of flavor of a tripel, but remains pleasantly light and drinkable at 6% and impresses with its fairly complex, harmonious taste and pleasant tartness for its style.
