  • Aroma is leather, honey, lemony, white peach, very authentic wild yeast aroma, lots of funk, burnt breadcrust, definitely has a full blown Geuze feel to it. Taste is cheesy-leathery funk, peach, lots of body, not bone dry, but it really profits from the added chewiness, a touch of Böckser. Silky mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Awesome stuff, totally unexpected.
