Taste:
Sweet chocolate malty nose, dried fruit, ripe fruit. Perfume of a beautiful Belgian brunette, very greedy round mouth very faithful to the nose. There is ripe fruit, fruit paste on a gourmet base with aromas of almonds, vanilla cream. Sweet, mellow, drinkable fruity finish. Nice length that reveals chocolate, cocoa, a very fine black bitterness. Fairly thick build, fine carbonation. Nice fluffy texture. Very beautiful gourmet Belgian brown, complex and balanced.

Top fermentaion, refermented in the bottle, not filtered.
Color:
Dark brunette with delicate red tints. Perfectly calibrated beige foam neck, stable and compact, good foam hold.
Ideal temperature:
4°c to 6°C => 39°F to 43°F

Barley malt, wheat flakes, yeast, sugar, hops & water.
