Historic :

Brasserie Caulier is a family brewery in the region of Tournai, Belgium. It has been producing its own beer for almost 20 years and has brewing experience of ​​more than four generations.

The current team of 11 enthusiasts brews 100% natural beer, applying craft methods, almost identical to the methods used by the abbey several centuries ago. The brewery produces 500,000 litres of beer per year.
