  • Lovely sweet cocoa, deep chocolaty character of fudgey sweets with some raw cocoa bitterness. Stimulating on the palate, just enough (very fine) carbonation and (slightly hoppy + cocoa) bitterness. Dry-ish, robust and rough, but quite enjoyably so, so that the super sweet overall character seems at least kind of kept on a leash.
