Taste:
Sword tastes like dark chocolate, malt, caramel, forest fruits and a little coffee. Black, dense and a bomb of flavor. Its dark color also ensures that the beer does not oxidize and can keep for a very long time. The 75cl bottles have a wax seal so that the beer can be stored for an extra long time. A 1000L is now maturing in 4 different whiskey barrels coming directly from Scotland. These whiskey barrels were used for 25 years to mature whiskey.

10°C to 12°C => 50°F to 54°F
