  • Hazy golden yellow with a slight pink tone with low foam.

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Gewurzt Tilquin à l'ancienne is made from the fermentation of 250 g of Gewurztraminer grapes by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
