The aroma is quite sweet and floral. Has a little bit of peppery character, some light grassiness and a bit of stewed fruit. Light spice and a touch of apricot and pear. There's a little bit of citrus. As it warms, the malt profile comes out with some more cooked fruit and light toffee. Warming finish. Pretty lovely barley wine-style beer.
