Taste:
The aroma is old, oxidised, olives, wood, some raspberry, mold, olives oil. The flavor is sour and mild sweet, oxidised, some raspberry, olives, mold, honey, acidic, lemon. Dry, medium-bodied.

Pours a light red with a head that quickly subsides to a delicate pink.
