  • Blend of yound and old lambics with maceration of raspberries & muscat bleu grapes. Very rounded, full, almost creamy mouthfeel, 'deep' yoghurt-like lactic acid pulling the strings of breadiness, fruitiness, acidity and meatiness - with wood slowly coming forward towards the end, tannic and a bit vanilla-like in combination with the seeds and peels of the fruit.
