White wine, white grapes. More wine forward than lambic forward. Has an orange herbal flavor and a bit of citrus as well. Very nice.
A collaboration between Cascina Degli Ulivi and Cantillon. A blend of 9 different (grape) pomaces and 2-year-old Lambic. Before being blended with the Lambic, the grapes underwent a 9 months pellicular maceration.
