The aroma betrays a lot of sweet malt and ripe fruit, in addition to a decent portion of spicy hops. The taste starts sticky sweet, but is quickly joined by a strong hop bitter. Volle Maan is brewed according to a very time-consuming and expensive process with a high concentration of malt, using the same noble hop variety.
