Pleasant nose, on yeast and yellow fruits. Attack with fermentation notes, a little animal, seasonal style. Dominant yeast, and also the presence of a certain bitterness, which fades quite quickly but is nevertheless noticeable. Light roundness, the whole is very drinkable.
