Taste:
Nose of very ripe fruit - apricot, plum -, compote. Honeyed, malty, cereal notes. Mouth with a very fruity sweet attack in terms of the nose. Compote, ripe fruits of apple, banana, rhubarb, apricot on a cereal and honey biscuit base. Fine bitterness on the finish that effectively balances the fruity and malty sweetness of this beer. Nice bitter length for a fairly dry finish. Medium build, fine carbonation, slightly sticky and oily texture.
