Taste: Hoppy, malty, over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness, spicy, juniper and Genever notes. Genever notes becoming stronger at the nice, long lasting, moderate sweet and above moderate to medium bitter finish. Notes of wood, tannins. Yeasty hints , peppery and citrus hints. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation.
Our regular Nobles is matured for 8 months on Filliers Belgian genever barrels, then 8 months bottle conditioned.
