Taste:
Epiclese balances on the border between natural wine and beer. It is a tart, dry, and complex beer with a distinct wine-like character. You taste a refreshing liveliness with rich notes of red fruit, mild spices, and the typical depth of wild yeasts.

It is a very exclusive Wine-Beer Hybrid (Wild Ale / Wine Beer). It undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages for a long period (up to 36 months for the 2021 vintage) in traditional amphorae (earthenware jugs).

Type:
Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
Color:
The beer has a blonde to light amber or rosé hue, strongly influenced by the color of the grape must used.
Ideal temperature:
10°C to 12°C
Ingredients:
Barley malt, wheat malt, sour malt, wild yeast, Natural grape must( Sauvignon Blanc & Syrah ), hops and water.
