Our innovative WILD BLOND is a blend of 1/3 Eylenbosch lambic (spontaneously fermented) and 2/3 Patience for Eylenbosch Special Blond (top-fermented), then aged in oak casks for six months, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
This beer has a refreshingly tart character and a complex, floral, and wild character.
