An intense and natural scent of fresh blueberries and forest fruits. Subtle "funky" notes of the lambic, such as leather and a light woody note from the barrels. A noticeable, lactic freshness that supports the fruity character. Taste: A lively interplay of fruity sweetness and mild acidity. The blueberry provides a fuller, softer flavor than, for example, a sour cherry or raspberry. Dry and refreshing with a light tannic structure from the berry skins.
