Taste:
An enchanting and complex aroma with distinct notes of dried fruit (such as raisins and figs), caramel, dark chocolate, and freshly roasted coffee. The influence of the PX sherry cask is noticeable through a sweet, wine-like undertone. Taste: A rich and layered taste experience reminiscent of a liquid dessert. Sherry sweetness: The Pedro Ximénez casks add a luscious sweetness of cocoa and espresso. Silky texture: Thanks to the addition of oatmeal, the beer has a remarkably creamy and velvety mouthfeel. Complexity: Layers of caramel and dark fruit are balanced by the roasted bitterness of the malt. Finish: The finish is long, warming, and satisfyingly rich.
