Sourish green apple, lime, spicy lemongrass, soap. Grassy hops, spices, yellow fruits. Quite dull and soapy, I'm missing some of that champagne freshness.
A unique collaboration between De Meester and Skøllmann. This brut blond is brewed with concentrated rhubarb juice and Japanese Sansho pepper, fermented with Kveik, and refermented in the bottle with champagne yeast.
