NIGHTTRAAF TAKES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD IN
Nachtraafbrouwers has won prizes at the international beer festival in Wieze. There it was awarded the Innovation Award. In the jury report, the jury praised the continued commitment of Nachtraaf to pay a lot of attention to the beer experience in addition to the beers. For example, they converted an old caravan into a moving food truck-style bar, which was christened "Nachtravan" and recently the launch of Nachtraafpaté. Furthermore, there is already growing attention for "food pairing" today.

"The link between food and beer is growing among culinary enthusiasts," we learn from Nachtraaf Lieven Onraedt. “Last summer we helped make a surprising dessert at Westhoek Lekkers in Poperinge by combining our Quadrupel with praline ice cream and brésiliennenoten. And on our facebookpgina regularly surprising recipes appear in which the beers are processed. The link with music has since been made with the Nachtraaf Roots & Bluesrally in Gistel, which had its final several weeks ago. ” And Lieven Onraedt continues: "Where winning this Award clearly emphasizes the focus on the beer experience of the Nachtraafbrouwers, the quality and taste of the beers always remain the essence of the brand."

At the same festival, where 41 breweries and beer companies were present and about 150 beers could be tasted, the audience placed 2 Night Raves in the top 10. And on the well-known rating app “Untappd” they score an average of 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
