The aroma is full of banana and spice to go along with bread, yeast, and apple. Sipping produces a gentle sweetness and its very dry. Similar to the nose, I'm still finding banana as the primary flavor. Following this are balanced undertones of earth, spice, yeast, floral hops, apple, oak, and raisin. Yeast aftertaste. Medium bodied, fizzy in texture, and with some good lively carbonation.
