A complex and rich nose. You immediately smell dried dark fruit (raisins, figs, plums), combined with notes of caramel, molasses, and a subtle hint of roasted malt. Taste: A "bomb" of flavors. The mouthfeel is syrupy and full. The sweetness of dark sugar and toffee is balanced by a warm alcoholic glow and a slight bitterness in the background. Finish: Very long and warming, with the flavors of the dried fruit lingering for a long time.
