A traditional West Flanders Red-Brown Ale (Flanders Oud Bruin). It is a regional specialty of mixed fermentation. It is crafted by blending young, top-fermented brown ale (70%) with lambic beer (30%) that has matured spontaneously in oak casks (foeders)

A deep, glowing reddish-brown color with ruby reflections, topped with a delicate, light brown frothy head
