Brussels Beer Project Babylone is a 'Bread IPA'. Replacing 20% of the malt with unsold fresh bread gives the beer a pleasant toffee / roasted touch. Firmly dry hopped with Chinook it is not shy about showing its bitterness. This is also the most bitter of the All-Stars.
