Very meaty nose, gelatine for processed meats, lemon, yuzu, and a bit of sulphur, horseblanket, dry, tart, lemony and yet a sweetness as from ripe wheat, soaked. Good carbonation, light acidburn and -thinning. Quite good gueuze, very recommendable balance.
