Kompel Het Ketelhuis is a blond ale that bridges the gap between maltiness and wine aromas. It's brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops and fermented with Portuguese Douro white wine yeast, resulting in fruity aromas. A short aging in French oak adds an extra layer of vanilla.
