Smells of light doughy malt and a distinct, fresh mirabelle note, as well as hints of estery fruit and subtle, cheesy funk. Taste is an excellent balance of light doughy malt, a vibrant mirabelle note and hints of estery fruit and spice, with accents of apricot, gooseberry and white pepper, as well as some blue cheese funk, hints of oak and a great underlying acidity. Finishes with a medium/strong acidity and some mirabelle, spicy esters and subtle funk lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
