Good enough intensity in the aroma, with a half doughish, half sugary base, notes of caramel, wet wood, perhaps a hint of spiciness, fruity notes of lemon and sweet/golden apple (kind of cider-like apple fruitiness). Taste notes as per aroma, there's quite some sweetness with very delicate sourness and a decently dry finish to bring balance. Quite light bodied, with average, soft carbonation. Quite an easy drinker, with a semi-soft mouthfeel.
