Sweet and sour, the alcohol is noticeable, but not disturbing and is balanced by a pleasant acidity, a decent fruitiness, some candy sugar, ripe pears, caramel, dates, a strong vinous character. 12% is still well hidden.
Stille Nacht Special Reserva 2022 is an aged version of the famous Christmas beer Stille Nacht by De Dolle Brouwers. The brewers have aged the beer for 2 years on Amarone barrels. This gives the beer even more depth than the original beer already has!
