Taste:
cary initial chemical nose that thankfully turns into a sweet, candylike, wonderful bourbon quadrupel aroma in a few minutes. Medium body on sweet burnt caramel malt assisted with a perfectly balanced bourbon barrel ageing. Beautiful!

Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle, unfiltred, unpasteurised and bottle conditionned.
Color:
Pours blackish ruby brown with a quickly disappearing beige foam head.
Ideal temperature:
8°C to 12°C => 46°F to 54°F
Ingredients:
Barley malt, yeast, hops and water.
